However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

• Substitutions: Due to seasonal availability, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.
• Freshness: We guarantee the freshness of our flowers for at least 3 days if proper care instructions are followed.

3. Orders and Payments

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via M-Pesa and other methods indicated at checkout. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

4. Delivery Policy

Delivery fees are calculated based on location and urgency. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or incorrect recipient information provided by you.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify an order.

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the delivery time may be eligible for a full refund.
• We generally do not accept returns for perishable goods (flowers).
• If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
